Jaime is currently invested in over 1,200 units as a Limited Partner in Houston, TX and is currently working on a 60-unit ground-up student housing project near USC. Jaime reports directly to the joint venture equity partners between Claridge Properties, MacFarlane Partners, and the Peebles Corporation. Jaime led the development team’s efforts in the submission of the RFQ and RFP phases with the City of Los Angeles and is now leading the environmental impact report (EIR) phase of the project. Most recently, Jaime is an equity member on the Angels Landing Development project, a $1.2Bn mixed-use, high-rise in Downtown LA. Ultimately, these efforts led Arc to land a $100M programmatic joint venture fund with Belay Investment Group. During his time with Arc Capital Partners, Jaime led the due diligence and capital raising efforts on the acquisition of multifamily and mixed-use assets throughout the US. During his tenure with AECOM, Jaime developed finance and process improvement models to realize synergies with AECOM’s largest acquisition in its history, a $10Bn M&A deal. Jaime also has extensive real estate finance experience having worked both in corporate real estate finance and in real estate private equity. Jaime, later on, served as a project manager for an engineering consulting firm where he acted as the owner-representative for large-scale commercial projects in the residential, hospitality, retail, industrial, and entertainment sectors.
