Needs body work but looks good from 20 feet!! We painted with camo khaki paint. I’ve put a lot of work into it but dont have time to take further. It sat for 25 years and I brought it back to life. Partially restored with all original parts and replacement parts.Runs and drives great. Call Tim with questions at 71 anytime.Īll original 1959 cj3b with metal top and doors. This would be a cool hot rod project, or would be a great body to use to restore a rusty CJ-3B. The tires will hold air long enough to get it on a trailer. The steering is not hooked up to the front axle, and there are no shackles on the jeep but it is easy to roll around. Comes with some extra parts such as headers, ram horn manifolds, headlight buckets, nice hanging pedals, and a couple of gas tanks in good shape. It has an impala steering wheel and column that are in excellent shape. As you can see in the pics there are no holes cut in the dash yet, and there is no glass in the windshield. The body is a new CJ-3B from the early '70s.

The trans is a GM car 4 speed, not a granny low from a truck. It was stored with an air cleaner on it, I took it off for the pics. The drive train is a 283 and 4 speed out of an impala connected to the original Willys transfer case with a warn overdrive. It has a clear '48 Willys Colorado title. It is a '48 willys with a new (in the '70s) CJ-3B body on it. This is an unfinished Willys CJ-3B project jeep.
